To the right is the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast dining area with floor to ceiling glazed sliding doors that look onto a walled private patio. Off the hall is a further lounge suitable for occasional use, this is ideal as a second sitting room for use by children or as an occasional bedroom with sofa bed, there is a folding bed available on request. Also on this floor is the second bathroom, with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
