There are some very good views towards Curbar and Froggatt Edge from the two decked galleried sitting out areas.

As you enter the hall off an inner lobby, there is a space used as a utility room and storage for outdoor activity equipment. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast dining area with floor to ceiling glazed sliding doors that look onto a walled private patio. There is seating on the patio and it enjoys the morning sun and views over the hills beyond.

Two further glazed doors lead through into the very large, double storey, studio/lounge area, with feature arched windows, under floor heating, oak floors and a central log burning stove, along with a further dining area and home cinema.

A spiral staircase from the lounge leads to the upper patio sitting area with views over the village rooftops. Off the hall is a further lounge suitable for occasional use, this is ideal as a second sitting room for use by children or as an occasional bedroom with sofa bed, there is a folding bed available on request.

Also on this floor is the second bathroom, with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs lead to the remaining bedrooms, all of a good size, to the left, and at the end of the landing, there is one bedroom with three single beds, the second bedroom with a double bed, and the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, with private access onto the upper balcony and outstanding views.

The upper balcony provides a sun terrace with space for outdoor eating and barbeque.
