This Grade 11 listed apartment is on three floors, and overlooks the River Derwent which runs by the main road where the accommodation is located.

All the rooms are spacious and benefit from fabric and furnishings having been carefully co-ordinated, with wooden floors throughout to show off the properties full character.

Off the main entrance hall, on the ground floor, is the utility room, the stairs from this area lead to the first floor landing and to your left is the well equipped and fitted kitchen / dining room with all the equipment you will require for your stay. A door to the rear leads to the balcony steps taking you down to the patio garden area which enjoys the sun for part of the day.

Off the same landing is the lounge and double bedroom, each room has double doors opening onto a balcony, please take care when open, particularly with children.

Also on this floor is a shower room with cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

A further flight of stairs goes to the top floor where the three remaining bedrooms are located, two with double beds and one with two single beds.

There is also a further and very spacious second bathroom, with roll top bath, hand basin and toilet.

All rooms on this floor have sash windows, so please be careful when opened.
