Amberleigh House Hurdlow Grange Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms

Hurdlow Grange is over 300 years old and is located on the historic site of Hurdlow Village known to pre-date 1244.

The main farmhouse being the focal point of the locality, the barns were originally working buildings now converted into contempory high quality and spacious holiday accommodation.

Delightfully located at the start of the Tissington Trail within an easy drive of Bakewell and Buxton. It offer easy access to the many attractions the area has to offer in both the Dark and White Peak.

The accommodation oozes character, with original features preserved where possible and fabric and furnishings carefully coordinated throughout.

All located around a central courtyard, 5 acres of gardens and grounds surround the property with some excellent walking in nearby Dovedale and the Manifold Valleys.

The properties can be let individually, as a whole or in any combination for different sized groups.

They are a perfect destination for large parties as Cruck’d Barn and Bats Belfry have very spacious open plan dining/living areas that everyone can dine and socialise in.

This is ideal accommodation for groups to meet comfortably and get together for those special occasions and it is possible for 30+ people to dine together.

This detached barn nestles in the corner of this courtyard setting, with views across fields and the rolling countryside.

You enter into the accommodation directly to the good sized lounge, a door to the rear takes you to the fully equipped kitchen, with granite worktops, and dining area, with a further door taking taking you out onto the your own private area which enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun.

Also on the ground floor is the fourth bedroom with two single beds, (although these can be linked together on request) and a separate shower room with hand basin and toilet.

The stairs lead to the remaining bedrooms, two with single beds (that can be linked together) and their own en suite shower rooms, with a hand basin and toilet, the third having a double bed.

There is a patio for sitting out to the rear, which enjoys the afternoon and evening sun and looks onto the back meadow. There is general use of the grounds surrounding the properties location.

This cottage is one of six cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 45 people, the others are: PK694 Cruck'd Barn (Sleeps 8), PK695 Bats Belfry (Sleeps 6), PK696 Applegarth (Sleeps 6), PK698 The Pigsty (Sleeps 2), PK699 The Grange (Sleeps 14)
