This ground floor mill apartment has recently been completed to provided high quality and very spacious accommodation in the picturesque Monsal Dale, in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

The accommodation occupies a corner position within the mill enjoying views over the river that runs nearby.

The apartment is accessed from the central concourse, up several steps, but is then all on one level.

Careful consideration has been given to coordinating the décor, with furnishings being carefully coordinated in a contemporary style throughout.

The hall leads to the very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area.

The kitchen, being fully equipped, opens to the dining and lounge area with three large picture windows giving the room plenty of atmosphere. A small study / working area is in the corner of the room.

Off the hall are the two bedrooms both of a very good size, the main bedroom with a double bed and its own en suite bathroom, with bath, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a similar en suite bathroom.

There is also a general cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.

A private shared riverside terrace and garden sitting out area to the rear of the property is available for guests.
