A detached bungalow located in this popular market town in the heart of the Peak District National Park – an easy walk takes you to Bakewell centre, which enjoys some excellent facilities, being an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of the area.

You enter the accommodation which is all on one level, all the rooms being off the hall. As you enter from the side of the property, to your left is the well equipped and fitted kitchen / occasional dining area with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

There is a further main entrance door to the hall, and at the end of the corridor you enter the good sized lounge, off which is the conservatory dining area.

There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and its own en suite shower room, with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet, the second bedroom has a further double bed, the third bedroom has two adult sized bunk beds.

The main bathroom, which has just recentley been updated, has a corner bath with hand shower, hand basin, toilet and seperate shower cubicle.

To the side of the property is a barbecue / sitting out area, and to the front, a smaller sitting out area.

The rear garden is terraced, and if used, visitors should be careful as they go up and down steps.
