| You enter the cottage into the good sized beamed lounge dining room with an imposing gritstone fireplace with inset log burning stove. A door to the rear goes to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay. A stable door leads out to the parking area to the side of the cottage. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet. The stairs, which are open to one side, lead to the two bedrooms. The main bedroom, to the front, being a good size, has a double bed and exposed wooden flooring adding to its character. The second bedroom, to the rear, has two single beds and views of the garden. The elevated garden is accessed from stone steps, (be careful as you go up and down), to the side of the cottage, and leads to a lawned and decked garden area, which takes in the afternoon and early evening sun. |
