This detached first floor coach house apartment is situated within the mature grounds of the owner’s accommodation, the main house once being a residence of the Duke of Devonshire. A short driveway takes you to the rear of the main house, a single flight of stairs leads to the newly refurbished first floor accommodation, which enjoys the sun throughout the day. |

| Off the landing, and to your right, is the galley style and well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay. A door leads into the good sized vaulted lounge dining area, beams adding to its character, along with views to the garden, there is a double sofa bed for occasional use. Another door leads through to a small lobby off which is the bedroom with a king size double bed and windows on two elevations taking in views of the garden. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet. Use of gardens by arrangement with the owner. |
