As you enter the apartment, off the hall to the front, is the fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with the wooden floors and granite kitchen worktops adding to its style. The two bedrooms are both of a good size, one with a king size double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be linked together on request). The bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Please note Gilbert and Sullivan are at the same location – it is possible for up to 12 people to dine together in Sullivan. There are two residents parking permits in the property.
