Located on the edge of the Chatsworth estate in a delightful rural location, this detached property has been built to the highest standards.

It benefits from being all on one level throughout, and enjoys far reaching views across the surrounding countryside.

It is centrally located between the market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Chesterfield.

The property has a private courtyard area, with overhanging canopy and benefits from having a hot tub (Please bring own towels for hot tub).

You enter into the open plan and very spacious kitchen /dining area which is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay, it also has a welcoming log burning stove and lounge seating. There are views to the rear and a further door to the side leading to a patio and barbeque area.

Off this room a hallway leads to a second lounge area with a widescreen LCD television.

There are three bedrooms, two with two sets of single beds and one with a double bed, each room having its own en suite, two with shower cubicles, hand basin and toilet, the third with a bath and separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

There is a separate cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.

There are two further bedrooms, accessed externally (a little more private, but part of the main building), one with a double bed, the other with two singles, each with their own en suite bathroom with shower cubicles, hand basin and toilet.

The external two bedrooms have a security / listening alarm which can be activated on request.

Please note that all beds can be made up as doubles or singles on request. Two occasional folding beds are available on request, which can be put up in bedrooms 1 or 2.

There are further sitting out areas surrounding the property, and use of an adjoining field can be used by arrangement with the owner.

Please note the water supply in this cottage is spring water.
