This is a truly outstanding rural location on the edge of the Chatsworth Estate with far reaching views across the moorland and down into the valley below where Haddon Hall is located.

It is an ideal base that is close to some excellent facilities in nearby Bakewell, which is at the heart of the Peak District National Park.

You enter the accommodation, which is attached to the owner's property, from the rear, into the kitchen area that has all the essentials you will require for your stay.

The kitchen opens out to the dining and lounge area, which is very bright an airy owing to the light from the large French doors at the front of the property, which can also be used as an entrance.

Stairs from the dining area lead to the open bedroom, which has a double bed.

Off the bedroom is the bathroom that has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

There is use of the good-sized garden at the rear of the property.
