| You enter the cottage into the welcoming and imposing dining hall which has a traditional Derbyshire open fire. A door to your left leads into the second sitting room where there is a separate staircase which leads to the first floor bedroom with a double bed that can be split into two singles on request, and its own en suite shower room with hand basin and toilet. To your right, off the dining hall, is a ground floor cloakroom area with toilet and hand basin, this leads through to the kitchen. A door to the rear of the dining hall leads to your right through double doors into the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area that has everything you will require for your stay, it also has a glazed roof and patio doors leading onto the flagged patio and garden area. Off this room there is a very spacious lounge with further log burning stove and double glazed doors opening on two elevations onto the patio and secured walled rear garden. There is also a separate utility room. The stairs from the dining hall lead to the four first floor bedrooms, to your left, at the top of the stairs, are two bedrooms, the first has two single beds, the adjoining bedroom with a double bed.
