The gated drive takes you to the property, which you enter into the main reception hall, to your left is the spacious and well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay. There is a breakfast area, off which is a separate utility room, and snug corner with some occasional seating and double doors lead out onto the veranda decking area, which is south facing, where you may decide to dine alfresco. Off the hall is the separate entertaining dining room which is ideal for those special occasions, the dining table top being movable to reveal a snooker table, and there are double doors leading into the conservatory. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, the second with twin beds, the two having the benefit of en suite shower rooms, with shower, toilet and hand basin, and the third with three single beds. The main downstairs bathroom has a shower, hand basin and toilet, there is a further cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. The stairs lead to the first floor, the lounge being very spacious (similar size to the dining room) with wonderful views from the balcony across the surrounding countryside. Off this room a short hallway which leads to two further bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, the second with three single beds, and there is a further general bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin. The spacious master bedroom, at the other end of the house, has a king size double bed, en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower, hand basin and toilet. Some rooms are air conditioned and there is a hot tub, sauna and electric shower room off the decking area, and there is use of the spacious grounds which surround the property. A heated indoor swimming pool will be installed later in the year, price on application to Peak Cottages.
