There is a separate dining room with double doors also leading into the conservatory. The kitchen, with occasional breakfast area, is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay. A door leads off the kitchen to the good sized separate utility room with external door access. A second snug sitting room provides a TV/games room or quiet working area, and there is a ground floor cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. The stairs lead to the four bedrooms, all of a good size, the spacious master bedroom has a double bed, windows to two elevations and an en suite shower room, with shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin. The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds, and the fourth bedroom has a king size double bed and an adjacent shower room with hand basin and toilet. The main bathroom is also a good size and has a Victorian roll top style bath, with toilet, bidet and hand basin. A door off the landing gives external access down a flight of stone steps to the rear private garden. Fabrics and furnishing have been carefully selected throughout the house to complement the wooden floors. Lawned and planted gardens surround the house. |
