Located in an elevated rural location on Eccles Pike, the property, from the rear, enjoys some outstanding views across the valley towards Combs Reservoir and beyond to Combs edge.

There are some excellent walks from the doorstep and you can enjoy the facilities of nearby Chapel en le Frith and visit the spa town of Buxton, or take a walk in nearby Edale at the beginning of the Pennine Way.

You enter the property from the enclosed patio into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require fro your stay.

This leads through to the hall, to the left is the good sized lounge / dining area with a picture window taking in views of the surrounding area.

The stairs lead to the two bederooms, the main bedroom with views, has a double bed, the second bedroom havening two single beds.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Off the patio is a further large garden area which is lawned, with the rear of the property and grounds enjoying the sun throughout most of the day.
