Situated at the edge of the village within the Hope Valley, over the local Chinese restaurant, this spacious apartment is a short walk to the village’s excellent amenities.

There are further good walks in the opposite direction towards Castleton, the caves and Mam Tor, Edale and the Pennine Way, while a short drive will take you to the spa town of Buxton with its famous Opera House.

You enter the property from a side door up the stairs into the hall, to the left is the good sized main bedroom that has a double bed.

Next to the bedroom is the bathroom with a rolled top bath, hand basin and toilet.

Further along the hall is the kitchen that has a breakfast bar and all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

At the end of the hall is the lounge/dining room, which is also a good size with an electric coal effect fire inset into a decorative fire surround, there are views over the properties opposite to the country side beyond and Winhill.

Stairs from the hall lead to the second bedroom that has vaulted ceiling and a double bed, it also has an en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

Also on this floor is the third bedroom that also has a vaulted ceiling and a single bed, making this floor ideal for a family of three.

There is a sitting out area at the side of the property and off street parking.
