This detached house has been recently restored and now provides good sized and quality accommodation throughout with good access to village amenities.

You enter the house, which is south facing, into the hall, to the right is the beamed lounge with its feature gas fire, to the left is the separate dining room with a further gas fire and feature beams.

To the rear, and left, is the newly fitted, and fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

There is a separate utility room down two steps off the hall.

Also on the ground floor is the second bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.

The stairs lead to the first floor, and the bedrooms, the splendid main bedroom, on the front of the property, is a good size with a double bed and enjoys views across the surrounding countryside.

The second bedroom, also to the front, has two single beds, which can be linked together on request, this bedroom also enjoys similar views to the main bedroom.

The third bedroom has a sloping ceiling and exposed beams, care needs to be taken, and two single beds, being ideal for children.

The general bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet, the sloping ceiling and exposed beam adding to its charm.

Outside and to the side of the house, and accessed from three steps, is a good sized lawned garden area with garden furniture.
