This newly built good sized ground floor apartment, which has taken on many eco friendly aspects, is situated in a small block of six flats, ideally placed within a short walk of the many facilities offered by this historic spa town, with shops, restaurants, theatre and its past history.

You enter via the main entrance into a small lobby, a further door taking you into the apartment which benefits from being all on level and is tiled throughout, occasional rugs have been added to give additional warmth and cosiness to the accommodation.

To your right, is the open plan and fully equipped kitchen, with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay, this being open plan to the dining and lounge area, with external double glazed doors leading outside of the property.

Off the hall is the main bathroom with bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin.

There are three bedrooms, the main bedroom, to the rear, has a king size bed and it own en suite wet room style shower area with toilet and hand basin. Double doors from this room lead out to the South East facing sitting out area with garden furniture.

The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a single bed, with pull/slide out single bed (slightly shorter in length, which can be put up in this room).

The garden areas have been planted to encourage wild life.
