Hills Cottage Nr Holmesfield Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

Located in 38 acres of the owner’s peaceful rural farmland, where horses graze, there are splendid views of the surrounding countryside overlooking the villages of Barlow and Holmesfield and close to the many amenities of Dronfield.

Many good walks originate from the doorstep and a short drive will take you to the market town of Chesterfield, Chatsworth House, Renishaw Hall, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall.

You enter the cottage into the hall, to your right is the lounge, which is a very good size and has an electric coal effect stove and double opening French doors that lead out onto the front garden with views across the countryside.

An archway, to the rear, leads to the well equipped and fitted dining/kitchen area that has all the essentials you will require for your stay.

There is a rear door that takes you out onto the elevated rear garden which enjoys the sun throughout most of the day.

Off the lounge there is a large bathroom, that has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

The stairs from the main hall lead to the bedrooms, the main bedroom is a good size and has a duel aspect with windows to the front and rear.

There is a double bed that can be converted to two singles on request, an en suite bathroom with a shower, hand basin and toilet, and a single sofa chair for occasional use.

The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted to a double bed on request, and also enjoys similar views of the surrounding countryside to the main bedroom.
