Located in a delightful rural location, high up on Combs Edge, this first floor barn conversion is in a small rural hamlet in the grounds of the owner’s property.

Outstanding views exist from the property, and its grounds, across the valley towards Combs Reservoir and Eccles Pike, and there are the owner’s farm animals to see and to enjoy a wide variety of walks from the doorstep.

A single flights of eight stone steps leads into the this first floor accommodation which then benefits from being all on one level, and is fitted out and equipped in a contemporary style with fabrics and furnishings having been carefully chosen to offer a warm and welcoming style.

As you enter, to the left is the spacious open plan and vaulted beamed ceiling lounge area with leather settees, feature stone wall and log burning stove.

To the right is the dining, study desk area, with oak flooring adding to its charm, and is open to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

The oak floored hallway leads to the bedrooms, the main bedroom, at the end of the hall, has a double bed, views across the valley, a working desk area, and its own en suite bathroom with a roll top bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and hand basin.

The second bedroom to the rear has two single beds, also with a working desk area, and its own en suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.

There is a garden area across from the property which enjoys views and the sun throughout most of the day.
