Converted in recent years, the building was originally the “pump house” used for servicing the nearby Labybower Reservoir but now provides a stylish and spacious contemporary style apartment within the development.

There is fishing available, by permit, at the nearby Ladybower reservoir where the Dambusters practised their famous raids, and there are some enjoyable walks and cycling in the Upper Derwent Valley.

There is a secure gated drive which leads into the parking area; access to the apartment is from the rear of the building and the apartment is on the same level as the main entrance, the accommodation is at the corner or the building.

Off the hall is the general bathroom that has a bath, toilet and hand basin.

The two bedrooms, both of a very good size, are each made up as two king size double beds, but each can be split to make two single beds on request.

The bedroom at the end of the corridor has its own en suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.

There is a small gym available on site for use by guests.
