This detached bungalow style property is all on one level, and is an ideal base to relax in a quiet rural location with some breathtaking surroundings and views across the rolling countryside down to the River Dove and beyond into the Dove Valley.

The property is ideally situated for the many local attractions in the area with the Dovedale and Manifold Valleys being close by.

Also close by are the Tissington and Manifold cycling trails, Carsington Water, the country houses of Calke, Melbourne and Kedleston, and so is the market town of Ashbourne with its lively cobbled market place, shops and restaurants.

The cottage is approached from a long gravelled drive and access is gained from the front of the property into a small patio sitting area.

A single step leads into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

Off the kitchen, a door leads into the spacious lounge/dining area with French doors that lead out onto the main patio garden area which has far reaching views of the area.

From the lounge/dining area a door leads to the hallway off which is the bathroom that has a bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin.

At the end of the hall is the bedroom that has good wardrobe storage, a double bed that can be split into two singles on request, and windows on two elevations giving the room a good atmosphere.

Further gardens and grounds can be enjoyed by visitors as advised by the owners.
