Straight on and down two steps leads to the very spacious and open plan living room and dining area with stone fireplace and exposed beams adding to its charm. The property is gas centrally heated with radiators upstairs and under floor heating downstairs, which is very pleasant on the feet. The rear door leads out, and up three steps, to the good sized enclosed and private stone walled patio and sitting out area. From the kitchen stairs lead up to the three bedrooms, the master bedroom to the rear, has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom, to the side, has a double bed that can be made into two singles on request; it also has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin. The third bedroom, to the front, also has a double bed that can be made into single beds on request and has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin. The ceilings are sloping and partly vaulted adding to the charm and character of the bedrooms.
