As the name suggests, this end terraced cottage is located in an elevated position on the North West edge of the Peak District National Park.

There are some far reaching panoramic views across the surrounding rolling moorland hills and valleys, describes on Wikimedia as “some of the most picturesque and unspoilt area of the English countryside” and is close to Flash, the highest village in England.

There are good walks from the doorstep, climbing at the nearby Roaches and the popular spa town of Buxton with its theatre and opera house, is a short drive away.

The cottage is entered into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area and the lounge has a welcoming feature gas fire and the kitchen has all the essential equipment required for your stay.

The stairs lead to the landing off which are the two first floor bedrooms, the main bedroom to the front of the cottage has a double bed the second bedroom has two single beds.

The recently refurbished bathroom, also on this floor, has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail.

There is a garden area to the front of the cottage and ample private parking.
