This delightful property, situated adjacent to the owner’s house is set back off the main road on the edge of this very popular and historic spa town with its Pavillion Gardens and the splendid Opera House.

The property is located about one mile from the centre where there are cafes, bars and some excellent shopping.

Entry to the property is at the side of the house into the conservatory from where you can enjoy some wonderful sunsets, with occasional seating and decorative fire.

French doors lead into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, that has a beamed ceiling and all the essential equipment you will need for your stay.

A spiral staircase leads to the galleried bedroom, that has a double bed and an en suite shower room with toilet, hand basin, shower cubicle, with power shower, and under floor heating.

There is a garden area to the front of the conservatory that enjoys the sun all day, a summer house where smokers are welcome and an outside cloakroom where wet clothes and boots can be stored and there is a toilet and hand basin.
