Cycle the nearby Manifold and Tissington Trails or visit the spa town of Buxton with its splendid and world renowned opera house.
You enter the house into the main and spacious hall to your right is the dining room with seating for 8 it has a log burning stove and views across the gardens and beyond to Dovedale. A door leads from here through to the traditional and spacious farmhouse kitchen with seating for 12 at the dining table. To the rear is a further room formerly the dairy and now the utility room which has a fun table football game and handy WC. Also on the ground floor is the sitting room (seating for 7 only) with wood burner which takes in similar views to the dining room. There are two sets of stairs leading to the first floor bedrooms. The imposing main flight takes you to the gallery landing being suitable as an occasional sitting area. Off the landing are the four main bedrooms three with doubles and one with twin beds with the benefit of wonderful views down the valley at the front and rural views to the rear.
