The Colleys welcomed us into their lovely place for a week. We had everything that we needed for the duration of our stay and they were very helpful when we needed. We were house hunting and Mrs Colley came out of her way to give us much needed advice. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we are in thRead moree area. Hide

A great place to stay. Super location with access to the main road but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Well equipped with comfortable beds, nice bathroom and good kitchen. A nice location between Derby and Ashbourne. A great place to return to each evening and relax!

Overall the barn was brilliant. We had everything we needed and the property served as the perfect base camp to explore the Peak District. Our only comment is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very, very firm. This might not be for everyone!

Immaculately clean barn in a great location for exploring the area. All equipment provided that you would need. We were a little disappointed in the outside arRead moreea, it would have been nice to have had a grassed area for the dog, however it was still nice to sit outside with a drink during the heatwave. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The accommodation is first class, and the owners John and Widad very welcoming. It's warm and cosy, and provides the perfect base for exploring the Derbyshire Peak District. Highly recommended
