This charming cottage is perfectly situated for a couple to explore the great outdoors in the picturesque and peaceful Peak District. With access to the challenging Pennine Way and within easy reach of Mam Tor and natural caves to explore.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room makes the home sociable and comfortable, ensuring you can cook, eat and relax together. Enjoy a delicious home cooked meal before settling in down in front of the TV after a busy day scoping out the landscape. The pretty bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is a delightful space to enjoy with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for evenings of al fresco dining, mulling over the trip’s activities and watching the sun set. The property is on the owner’s grounds, offering privacy and security.

Large working village, Bradwell is less than 0.5 miles away with a good range of shops, restaurants and pubs for you to peruse. The village is nestled at the bottom of a limestone dale and there are plenty of walks and cycling routes for you to enjoy from here. Hope Valley (2 miles) is one of the most-loved parts of the Peak District and has spectacular views where ever you turn. Ladybower Reservoir is 5 miles from here and perfect for outdoor adventures with plenty of scenic walks and opportunities for water sports. Explore the underground world at Speedwell Cavern and Blue John Cavern too (4 miles).

Very cosy cottage ideal for a couple with one dog. Owners were friendly and available when needed but not intrusive . Location is good for walking and close to towns such as Castleton and Buxton. Enjoyed our stay here.

Absolutely loved this place. The location is great for exploring the Peak District and beyond with the right balance of being tucked away but we'll connected. Inside the cottage is everything you could need for your stay, and the Internet is fast, and the mobile network being strong in the area. There is space to park off road in front of the cottaRead morege with Percy and Barney in the stables next to the cottage. The owners are on site but are not intrusive and very friendly. Lovely well appointed cottage situated on the outskirts of Bradwell and all its amenities. Property is well equipped and we appreciated the comfy bed. Parking is easy immediately outside the cottage and the friendly owners are on hand should you need anything. Really enjoyed our short stay.

Lovely cottage, very well equipped and comfortable. Great location. Owners live in adjacent house. They were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We especially loved their gorgeous horses in the adjacent stables! The beautiful hanging baskets and containers were also delightful. We wouldnt hesitate to return.

Cottage is the perfect size for 2 people and a pet. Nice walks down the road at the fishing ponds and the village is only a 10 minute walk away. Clean and tidy with everything you need provide. I will book again and would recommend this cottage to my friends and family.

Had an excellent week here. Owners are very friendly and helpful. People in the village are also very friendly. Plenty of places to visit nearby, either by walking or by car. Will definitely be coming here again.

This is a lovely cottage, it is well equiped with everything you need. The owners are close by if you have any questions and will give advice on places to visit etc. You have a few pubs close by the best one we found was The Travellers Rest at Brough approx 1 mile away, Ye Old Bowling Green is also worth a visit in Bradwell. This was our second visit to Eden Tree Cottage. It is a small comfortable cottage, ideal for two people. Our hosts were lovely and the cottage is in a perfect location for visiting all parts of the beautiful Peak District.

The 3 of us had a super time! Everything you needed was available for a home from home break in the Peak District. Only disappointment was the local pub/restaurant being closed whilst we were there, it would have been nice to pop around the corner for a meal and a pint in the evening, but not any fault of our hosts of course.

We had a lovely last minute break. The weather was good, nice and sunny but windy. The cottage is well equipped with decent WiFi. We didnt use the television. The bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay here, would do so again. Cottage very well equipped, very comfortable and homely. Owner came to ask if everything was ok on our first night, and it was. Cottage was a very short walk away from the beautiful village of Bradwell. Highly recommend this cottage.

Really well planned little cottage, perfect for two. Comfortable bed, great shower, loved the sofa, so comfy. You can easily walk to Hope, only a mile, which we did most days. It was a shame that it was a lot of traffic on that small lane but nothing the owners of the cottage could do about that. Eden Tree Cottage is NOT to be missed, dog friendly, clean/tidy & well located. Owners (+daughter) so lovely, helpful, friendly & on hand should you need them. The Cottage is ever so equipped.. everything you need. (Far more than other places) The dog towels a great touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this delightful cottage. Ideally located for the Peak District and Dales, the village has good options for dining either in the village or within a few minutes drive. There is a well stocked supermarket and excellent bakery in the village. The cottage itself was clean, tidy and well equipped.

This is the best cottage we have stayed in, equipped to a very high standard ,with very friendly ,helpful hosts.It is within walking distance to the village. You must try the Bradwells ice cream , situated by the village green play park. The Old Bowling Green pub just up the hill from the park does good food, friendly pub.
