We spent a wonderful week in Otters Retreat, a beautifully presented, well equipped cottage with spectacular views. The owners went the extra mile with a great selection of treats on arrival including homemade cake and jam (we particularly enjoyed the quail eggs). All in all, a perfect location for exploring the Peak District, with walks on the dooRead morerstep, and towns, markets and other places of interest a short drive away. Hide

Otters Retreat is a lovely, spacious cottage in a great location, enjoying spectacular views from the front terrace. It was spotlessly clean for our visit and very well equipped. Additional nice touches were the complimentary food and drink items left by Angela and Ian for our arrival. The two stylish bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and the Read moresuperb ensuite bathrooms are modern and spacious. Plus plenty of car parking and easy walking distance to the excellent local pub. Highly recommended. Hide
