The perfect bolthole for two, this apartment is accessed via a flight of external steps and is nestled in the heart of the stunning Peak District National Park. Holymoorside is the perfect destination for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. With its rolling hills, verdant valleys, and picturesque villages, the Peak District is a true haven for those seeking adventure and relaxation in equal measure. Explore the area's many hiking and cycling trails, take a scenic drive through the winding country lanes, or simply relax and soak up the breathtaking views. Holymoorside itself is a charming village steeped in history, with a variety of excellent pubs and restaurants serving up delicious local cuisine. Visit Chatsworth House, with its gardens, farmyard and farm shop just 6 miles away from the property or head into the picturesque market town of Bakewell (10 miles) sat on the banks of the River Wye, home of the Bakewell Pudding.

We stayed 3 night and had a wonderful time. Tucked away in the countryside, a short drive down a country lane off the A619. Idea for visiting, Chatsworth House, Matlock, Bakewell, Chesterfield, the Peak District. The apartment shares a large plot with the owners house. It is above a triple garage and accessed via an external flight of stone stairs.Read more It is modern, well set-out with all the essentials. Fabulous spot to relax and be refreshed. Well presented apartment. Good location for exploring the wider area. Were planning to return to enjoy it again.

Delightful property. Surprisingly spacious inside and very well laid out and equipped. The bed and sofas were very comfortable.
