Find the country kitchen is the perfect place to whip up tasty meals with delicious local Peak District produce sourced on your expeditions out. Dine together at the table or out in the courtyard garden on warm summer days. Make your way up to the first floor as evening falls to lay your head in either the double or the twin bedroom. A family shower room is at this level too. Walk approximately 1 mile from the cottage to reach the edge of the magnificent Peak District, with its many footpaths and walking routes. Drive 5 miles to Tissington to follow a scenic 8.5-mile route through the national park, taking in the famous stepping stones in Dovedale. Step straight out from home to walk 1.5 miles to Carsington Water.
