Keen walkers can join the Tissington Trail from here, which heads north to the National Trust’s Dovedale, one of the prettiest dales, whilst further on, it links up with the High Peak Trail. As part of the White Peak, Dovedale follows the River Dove and has impressive limestone hills and ravines for outdoor enthusiasts to explore.
