We absolutely loved this cottage, it was in a beautiful quiet location, but accessible to all the delights that the peak district has to offer. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathroom with roll top bath was so luxurious! We arrived to a home baked victoria sponge and were greeted by the owners who were really lovely. The onRead morely criticism we had was that the back of the house was chilly and the thermostat was controlled remotely so you were unable to turn it up. Hide

Fabulous cottage with plenty of space. We were welcomed with a beautifullly baked victoria sponge, butter, milk, tea, coffee, bread and croissants. My husband and I took our two older teenage children so there was enough space for each child to have their own room. Easy walking distance into Belper for provisions and eating out. Immaculate, gorgeous cottage. Beautiful cake and flowers on arrival. Countryside views not as good as I hoped but the hosts had been away and the hedges may have shot up in this time preventing this. Didnt spoil the holiday though and we had a good week. Cannot fault the cottage itself at all - perfect.
