What a location, idilic village setting, 30 min from all the main walks of the peaks and such a cosy retreat after a long day of walking. Comfy bed and ideal for the four of us, we ate out at the Bulls Head for new year and enjoyed our stay immensely

First class location in a really delightful village. Jasmine Cottage was very well presented and was perfect for our weeks visit to the Peak District. Location is excellent and the cottage is cosy and has everyone anyone needs, however we did not find this cottage to be very dog friendly, especially on a wet day. (cream carpets from front to back). Bathroom is unfortunately very snug on the ceiling height, making it impossible for anyone over the height of 5ft 7" to have a comfortable shower.
