What an amazing place to stay and great value for money. A lovely welcoming hamper given on arrival took the stress of a long journey. Conveniently located terraced house. Stone's throw from 2 excellent pubs, just off the Peak Forest Tramway Trail (cycling route) and many walking routes start in the village. Comfy, clean and quiet. Had all amenities needed for a holiday in the Peaks. In theory could be base for a car-free holiday as walking distance from Chinley Station (Hope VallRead moreey Line). Hosts provided bread, eggs, milk, butter and cake which was much appreciated as we arrived too late in the evening to go to shop. Hide
