We had a great few days at this lovely comfortable and cozy cottage. It is very well equipped, we prepared most of our meals there. The log burner was wonderful on the chilly evenings. It is very well located in a scenic and peaceful valley with places like Dovedale and Ilam Hall nearby. We did two lovely walks from the cottage as well.

Beautiful location. Quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very friendly but not at all intrusive. They were next door if we needed anything, but we didnt as the cottage had everything you might need for a week away. A nice surprise were the freshly baked cakes in the kitchen on arrival. Would definitely return. Brian and Pat

Amazing high spec cottage absolutely everything has been thought of and provided for with Pygmy goats and ducks for neighbours and the use of a fire pit down by a brook. With scenic walks in close proximity and a wood burning stove to curl up in front of with a good book and a glass of wine in the evenings .
