The Bothy in Brund was a lovely place to stay as a place to explore the local area. The Dove Valley and Manifold Trail are nearby and offer spectacular walks and cycle routes. Buxton is not too far and well worth a visit. The Bothy itself provides comfortable accommodation with beautiful outlooks. There is ample parking for two cars. Very peaceful location but all trails easily accessible and walking/cycling from the front door. Terrific open views. Very well appointed, warm and a great shower! The use of secure storage for bikes and availability of a washing machine/dryer much appreciated. Highly recommended!
