Escape to the Derbyshire countryside with friends or family and stay in this contemporary home that’s beautifully finished with comfort in mind, and comes complete with its own private garden for al fresco dining.

Spanning three stories, the property provides ample space to relax with loved ones. Upon entry, there's room to shed coats and shoes before entering the stylish kitchen/diner, a sociable space for culinary creativity, finished in cheery yellow accents. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find the lounge and a double bedroom. Soft seating, a Smart TV, and various games and books set the scene for relaxing evenings. The patio doors can be opened on sunny days, leading to the outdoor dining and garden area. The next floor unveils a gleaming family bathroom and two more bedrooms—the master bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, and another double zip-and-link bedroom. Outside, a delightful enclosed garden space extends from the living room, providing an idyllic spot for dining on warmer days.

Situated on the edge of the Peak District, this welcoming home is an ideal base for exploring Derbyshire's finest offerings. Lea Wood is 400 metres from your door, boasting vibrant bluebells and daffodils in season. This is first rate accommodation in a lovely area. The furnishings and fittings are excellent and everything you can think of was provided, well in excess of many places. Clear and detailed information was provided in advance. We all enjoyed our stay there and would certainly stay again and recommend it to others.
