Lovely little place with fab views from the window. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly easy to manage with just microwave and airfryer for meals!

Very comfortable and cosy. Everything you need for weekend apart from a pub in walking (safely) distance and shop.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage was cosy and very warm which was much needed in the snowy weather. It was very clean and we had everything we needed.

Ideal for walkers , Leek ,Buxton and Bakewell all a short journey to reach by car .

Fantastic base for a great walking holiday with our dog! Accommodation was small, cosy and perfectly formed with everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying in the Gardeners Rest.

This is a lovely comfortable little cottage with beautiful views. The owners have provided as much as they could for the size of the property. Juscomfortablet look inside cupboards for anything you might want but can't immediately see. A couple of miles to the Monsal Trail and we can reccomend the Anglers Rest in nearby Millers Dale for a meal. It Read moredoes get very busy so advise booking in advance. Lovely little cottage with great views across the valley. Walkable distance to monsal trail and pretty village of wormhill. Small but enough space to cook and eat as well as relax. Would definitely book again

Very small property. Not quite what we expected! No wardrobe space, so had to hang clothes on coat hooks. The bed was comfortable. Intermittent, poor TV reception.

Lovely little place with beautiful views. The cottage is thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed. Excellent shower and plenty of hot water. It's probably not the best place to book if you're planning to self cater as there isn't much space for cooking. However there is plenty of cooking equipment if you're keen to give it a go.
