A wonderful property that sits in extensive grounds, just bordering the Peak District but well networked for Ashbourne and surrounding Derbyshire and Staffordshire attractions. Conveniently set near Dovedale, enjoy the Tissington Trail where you can roam over 30 miles of countryside trails on foot or by bike. Within 20 miles visit Matlock Bath's vibrant and bustling street, complete with Aquarium and plenty of places to eat. Chatsworth House and gardens (22 miles) is a beautiful historical place to explore or experience heart-stopping thrills on the latest rides at Alton Towers close by.

Walking into the property itself, there is a large utility room, perfect for leaving your coat and shoes as you enter into the kitchen. The kitchen itself is extremely well-equipped, perfect for those evening meals together after a day's exploring. There is a snug area off from the kitchen were you can either relax and watch a film, or enjoy some quiet time reading. The lounge has a Smart TV and lovely soft furnishings for those cosy evening in, as well as a flame effect fire to enjoy. There is a separate dining room, perfect for those meals together, especially on special occasions. Upstairs the bedrooms are split between two floors, offering large and comfortable rooms with plenty of sleeping options. Of the two bedrooms in the middle floor, one has an en-suite, and there is also a family bathroom on this floor offering either a bath or shower.
