A steep, narrow stone footpath leads down to the characterful cottage. Inside, the inviting holiday home is decorated in a country-cottage style and a collection of antique-style furniture and original features bring personality and charm to each room. Unwind in the attractive lounge after a long walk, stretched out on the corner sofa under the beamed ceiling as you read a book or watch TV. Whip up tasty dinners in the separate kitchen and come together in the gorgeous dining room for memorable mealtimes as a group. Light the wood burner to create a cosy atmosphere on chilly evenings and retire to the comfortable sofa after dinner to chat about your day. Completing the ground floor is a handy utility room. Upstairs, via steep, cottage-style stairs, three bedrooms await, all of which are decorated in calming, neutral tones. Rounding off this floor is a refreshing family bathroom. Outside, soak up the glorious scenery from the south-facing patio, where you’ll find furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining. Please note, the cottage has steep, terraced gardens to the front, with rough paths, uneven stone steps, and low stone walls (handrails are provided). There is on-street parking subject to availability, and a pay and display car park 1.5 miles away.
