Flooded with natural sunlight from the gorgeous picture windows, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner combines wonderful original features, including a beautiful high ceiling, with contemporary touches that set the scene for pure relaxation; unwind and dine with loved ones at the end of a busy day’s adventure. Sharing the same charm and character as the rest of the apartment, the two cosy king-size bedrooms both feature TVs, perfect for lazy morning lie-ins and late-night films, as well as en-suite facilities with underfloor heating, keeping you refreshed from sunrise to sunset. Soak up your countryside air by dining alfresco in the shared courtyard amongst the beautiful mature planting. Here, you’ll also find private parking for one car as well as extra parking at an additional charge close to the apartment.

As charming and quaint as they come, the spa town of Buxton is surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Peak District National Park and is steeped in history, home to Poole’s Cavern (1.5 miles) – one of the finest limestone show caves in the country. Pick up some wonderful local produce from the selection of independent shops before unwinding in one of Buxton’s three spas. An afternoon of exploring the 23 acres of landscaped gardens of the Pavilion Gardens (0.5 miles) cannot be missed; discover a boating lake and conservatory houses along with a cafe, a theatre and a cinema. Get the blood pumping by ziplining through the forest at Go Ape Buxton (1.5 miles).

A delightful apartment, central to Buxton, with luxury furnishings and the most comfortable bed linen we have experienced in a holiday let. Max and Mike were helpful hosts and provided lovely touches like fresh flowers and complimentary tea/coffee to my friends approval a Tassimo machine!

We had a great stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Peak District. The apartment is fitted-out to a very high standard. Be aware that when you sleep with the window open theres some noise at the back bcs of the Dominos ventilation. Its not continuous, but starts from time to time. We didnt have any problems with it. And in the summer theRead more sleeping room at the front may experience traffic noises with open windows. All in all no problems for us, but smth to take into account. Hide

Immaculate apartment with a very cosy, homely feel. It was fully equipped. Perfect location for Buxton Town and also good base for visiting other places in the peak District. Also the bonus of an allocated parking space. Would definitely go back.
