While staying in Rowrah, you’ll be less than 0.5 miles from the local brewery and bistro as well as an alpaca walking centre. Head into the Lake District National Park and step back in time with a visit to the Blakeley Raise Stone Circle (4 miles). Wander around the Wild Ennerdale forest and Ennerdale Water (5 miles). Swing by the Scale Force Waterfall (12 miles) and Moss Force Waterfall (14.5 miles). If you’re up for a challenge, the highest mountain in the UK, Scafell Pike, is 21.5 miles away.
