Very well equipped and charming spacious cottage, loads of room for 6 adults and brilliantly located for walks and Mountain biking, ample parking. Handy to have ground floor Bedroom and en suite and appreciated the heating being on for chilly June mornings and evenings. It was spotlessly clean and comfy beds. Had a wonderful week thanks!

I would highly recommend staying at this beautifully appointed house, every comfort and facility has been provided for which made self catering easy. Alternatively it is well placed for eating out and if you dont want to drive the Bridge Inn is easily walkable. Calver is a well situated village for exploring the Peak District too.

Absolutely loved this house! It has charm, comfort, is well equipped and, for us, was spacious enough to house eight adults, two babies and two dogs without it feeling crowded. There are lovely walks accessible from the doorstep, great parking and a cosy courtyard (with a well!) for evening drinks. A perfect place for a family gathering.

A lovely comfortable cottage decorated with great attention to detail. The cooker was easy to control and nice to cook on. Seats and settees were comfortable. All was spotlessly clean as we had a baby crawling around. There's a shop and a pub just 5 minutes walk away.

We stayed at the Old Bulls Head during May-25 Whitsun break. Quiet location with great facilities including comfy beds to rest weary legs after a day out walking the various edges, gorges and visiting the local sites. We would highly recommend this cottage and would look to return again. The family and 2 dogs loved it - Thanks.
