A traditional long barn sympathetically converted to retain its original charm. This home has space for six guests to enjoy an adventure-filled break in the heart of the Peak District and Derwent Valley. Spacious, stylish and conveniently located, this is the perfect place to stay with friends or your family.

This reverse level house has two en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor and a master suite upstairs making it great for groups of couples or friends who want their own space. The open-plan kitchen has everything you need to cook for the group, such as two ovens and a handy dishwasher. The charming lounge/dining area has vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and large windows letting in lots of light. Outside is a delightful patio area with a table and chairs as well as a BBQ, the ideal spot for al fresco dining and having a drink while you rest your weary legs.

Explorers of all kinds will find something to whet their appetite here. There’s an eclectic mix of walks, cycling trails and rivers to enjoy all around the Derwent Valley. Eyam is overlooked by the scenic Eyam Moor. A fantastic hill for walking, with a historic stone circle and a cairn worth a visit. The views from the top are remarkable and far-reaching. We have stayed at this property every year for 4 or 5 years now. So quiet, comfortable and tranquil. The parking for two cars was a bonus.

Had a lovely week in Forget me Not Barn. Ideal that each couple had an en suite bedroom a super king bed! The barn is ideally placed to discover the surrounding area and we would say a visit to Chatsworth is a must, especially on a fine day. Haddon Hall and Bakewell were also highlights.

A good base for touring the Peak District with plenty of space. Great location, nice warm cottage. Unfortunately we found the beds and sofas uncomfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and I especially liked the 2 ovens. There are 2 fridges but only a small section for frozen. Showers, wifi, heating all worked well.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable barn with private garden with good garden furniture. Mind that you'll need to go out the front door and walk around the property to get to the garden. Eyam is beautiful and very historic village with a great pub and nice places for a good coffee (or tea).

The barn is in a great location. Perfect for 3 couples who want a private bathroom each. Very spacious and comfortable for cooking in and socialising around a table or on the sofas. Parking was very good and the amenities were most suitable. We would definitely go back again. Especially if you like walking and the history to the place its ideal.
