the property was in a great location with magnificent views across open fields. The rooms were spacious and all the furniture and bedding was of a high quality. We were grandparents entertaining our daughters family and the property was great for all generations. The kids had lots of room to play and be entertained.

The bungalow was spacious and airy with beautiful views across the countryside. It was within easy reach of the many attractions in the Peak District but made a lovely quiet spot to come back to. We had a very nice lunch at Tansley Barn Garden Centre, which is only about 5 mins drive away.

We stayed here for a few days with family. It is very spacious and well equipped, and located conveniently for Matlock and beyond. Three good sized double bedrooms, great lounge area with separate snug/library as well as well equipped kitchen with good selection of pans / utensils etc. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week away. The location was ideal, just a short drive from Matlock and Matlock Bath. I would recommend the Heights of Abraham !! The bungalow was very spacious and comfortable and the surrounding area was so quiet and peaceful. If you get the weather it's a wonderful part of the country to explore.

We all had a very comfortable stay at Heatherfield. The cottage was warm and well equipped which was lovely as we arrived on a stormy night. It is set in beautiful countryside but within easy reach of places of interest. We enjoyed our stay.
