The cottage is in a lovely location overlooking a pasture which had some tups in there. Bedroom and kitchen/diner were nice, but felt a bit 'closed in' in the lounge which is dark with small windows. The cottage is part of the owner's house, separated only by an internal door. So can hear the owner's TV when you are in the kitchen/diner, and their Read morebedroom is above the cottage so can hear them moving about. Not an issue when we were there, but could potentially be noisy when they have visitors. Hide

A wonderful, tranquil property. Very clean and well appointed. We loved the delicious homemade muffins that were left for us and it was great to find a fresh pint of milk in the fridge. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Probably the best holiday let that we have had.
