The kitchen area has wooden cupboards and granite countertops plus a farmhouse-style dining table and chair set. Continue into the lounge area which is decorated in neutral tones with accents of blue and orange. An additional lounge space offers additional seating in front of the flame effect electric fire. Also on the ground floor is a separate WC. Climb the stairs to reach a family bathroom and two bedrooms – a double and a twin. The second floor contains another double bedroom with an en-suite. Outside is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture. There is off-road parking for one car.
During your stay in Ashbourne, explore the market town to find an array of cafes, pubs and shops as well as the tree-filled Ashbourne Park (all within 0.5 miles). From the town, follow the Tissington Trail (0.5 miles) into the Peak District National Park, where you’ll reach the Fenny Bentley Cutting hiking area (3 miles). Hop across the River Dove Stepping Stones and soak up the woodland scenery in Dovedale (4.5 miles).
