One of the nicest places weve stayed in. It had everything we could possibly need. The location is excellent for travelling to various walks, houses and gardens. There is a lovely walk to Middleton Top from the door. For food we highly recommend Le Mistrel (French) and Casa Carlos (Italian) plus the Hope and Anchor if you just want good pub grub. TRead morehe pub at the Red Lion is a very quirky and lively location for an after dinner drink. All are just a few minutes walk from the door. Hide
