The cottage is right in the countryside but good directions were provided and we found it without problems. Dont rely just on sat nav. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to visit the area. We were welcomed by Terry who showed us round the property and were always around if needed. Homemade scones, jam and milk on arrival too. There was an information booklet in property which was so helpful.

We were looking for a 'Get Away From It All' holiday and that is exactly what we got. The cottage is absolutely stunning, situated on a farm. Log burner in the lounge was wonderful and so easy to use. Kitchen had everything you need to make a wonderful meal. Cottage has been renovated to an unbelievable standard. We will definitely return.

We chose Allmore Cottage because we like to take our two dogs with us and therefore our search is always for a quiet haven with plenty of good walking.
