Lovely, well-equipped cottage in a pretty village. Loved the large attic double room with en-suite. Thoughtful folder of information. Amazing area to holiday in. We particularly loved a circular walk from Monsal Head down the river Wye - a short drive away.

The ground floor was cold even on hot days. However, it was in a good location and we had a wonderful holiday in an area we don't know hardly at all. It was great to be able to walk to pubs and restaurants without using the car.

This was a lovely visit. The spacious attic bedroom especially deserves a mention but we also enjoyed your cosy living room and the spacious dining space for our meals. I liked your little back garden too, though I might not have been so keen if the others were busy. And the location is just perfect for both the village and Chatsworth. Only the galRead moreley kitchen , with a somewhat limited number of mugs and plates, wasn't ten out of ten, but this is a minor grumble. Oh - and the noisy road. Hide
